The homes average about $75 USD per square foot and that includes ALL finishing’s, air conditioners, cabinets, closets, granite kitchen counters (or ceramic tile if you prefer), tile flooring, and even the POOL is included. The overall price varies depending on the size of the lot. The average lot is about 3,300 sq ft.
The average Home total price is usually between $110,000 USD to $150,000 USD for a 900 sq ft to about a 1,500 sq ft home. The home will be completed in 12-18 months depending on which phase of construction your purchase is in.
We are currently offering a 0% FINANCING for up to 7 years, depending on down payment. We are only offering 0% FINANCING for a limited number of units. After those are sold, the interest rate will be 6% to 8% depending on down payment and time frame.

Total price of home with lot: $122,600 USD
Down Payment (30%): $36,700 USD

HOW TO GET STARTED:
With a $1,000 USD deposit to our escrow account, you start the process and we reserve a lot for you while we work with you to start designing your Dream Home with out engineers. With a second down payment of $5,000 USD, cost to design and do the blueprints for you house and have them approved by an architect, you will have the design done and then the next step we start building you Paradise home! Both deposits go towards the total price of the house-these are NOT EXTRA payments, they are part of the full price of the house that you are quoted based on lot size and home size. These 2 payments count towards your total deposit required.
